During our Wills Week, we will be offering a 15% discount against our normal legal fees for preparing Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney and will also make a donation of 10% of those fees to Galloway’s.

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

• This Galloway’s Wills Week promotion runs from 30 September 2024 to 4 October 2024.

• A 15% discount will be applied to our legal fees for eligible services provided as part of this promotion.  The discount will only apply to Birchall Blackburn Law’s charges and not to any payments required to a third party in connection with the services.

• Clients who (during the promotion period) enter into an agreement with Birchall Blackburn Law for eligible services or make an appointment to do so at a later date will be eligible to receive the discount. No discount will apply to any legal fees charged after 31 December 2024.

• This promotion applies to the preparation of Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney. Any other services provided by Birchall Blackburn Law are not eligible for this promotion.

• Birchall Blackburn Law will make a donation to Galloway’s of 10% of the legal fees paid for eligible services by eligible clients taking part in this promotion. A single payment will be made to Galloway’s comprising all donations due under this promotion as at 30 November 2024.

• This promotion is non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may not be exchanged for cash.

• Birchall Blackburn Law reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
